How to Register:

1. Applicant may register online, phone in or walk in method

2. Applicant must fill out Completely “Student Enrollment Agreement” for each course or class the student is registering for.

3. Payment maybe made in full by American Express, Visa, or MasterCard Credit Cards. Personal Checks or Money Orders should be payable to Face Forward, Inc.

ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS:

State Permit & Appliciant MUST hold a current License in the field they are applying for in advanced education and (or) training.

CLASS/COURSE CANCELLATIONS:

All classes are non-refundable.
Payment will go towards next scheduled date for this class.
